Villa Banyan is located in the north of the island, in the coastal fishing village of Grand Gaube. The apartments are situated right on the white sandy beach, and overlook several northern islets beyond the reef such as Coin de Mire, l’Ile aux Serpents, l’Ile Ronde and l’Ile Plate. Several other beautiful beaches are just a short drive away including Grand Bay, Cap Malheureux, Bain Boeuf, Pereybere, Trou aux Biches and Merville. For shopping, water sports, restaurants, nightlife and more, Grand Bay is just 15 minutes’ drive away. The Pamplemousses Botanical Garden is a must visit local site about 25 minutes’ drive away, and the capital Port Louis with its shopping and cultural attractions is just 30 minutes’ drive from Grand Gaube. The International Airport is 75 km, and around an hour and 15 minutes’ car drive away.
